The Benassi House is a beautiful stone house dating back to the late 19th century, expertly restored, nestled in the green mountains of the Modenese Apennines.

We offer both rooms and apartments, furnished with simplicity and taste. All accommodations feature a private bathroom with shower, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi.

Breakfast is served on the veranda and is particularly well-crafted and plentiful, with local and genuine products.

On the veranda, we serve drinks, beers, wines, and, upon request, aperitifs with snacks. It is possible to pre-book dinner or until places are filled (gluten-free or vegan dinner not available).

During winter, the location of the property is particularly favorable for ski lovers, with the Cimone-Le Polle ski lifts just 5 km away and Sestola and the Abetone lifts 15 km away.

In summer, the location is ideal as a starting point for walks, excursions, and sports activities.
