Located on a panoramic site, upon the sunny hills of beautiful city of Perugia, just 5 kilometres from the town centre, our B&B is a strategic point to visit Assisi, Gubbio, Todi, Orvieto and the Trasimeno Lake.

The independent apartment is situated on the ground floor and is composed of a large bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and fridge-freezer. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, towels (for bathroom and kitchen) and bed sheets are available at your arrival. Our house provides disable access (hygienic specific facilities not included).

The double room with a double bed has an independent entrance, a private bathroom and a small kitchen where it’s possible to make coffee and tea. A small fridge is located in the kitchen. Hairdryer, towels, bed and kitchen linen are available at your arrival.

If needed, you can ask for a crib for your baby (extra pay).

Le Terrazze opens out to the garden where there's a porch, a playground area for children with ping pong table and baby foot, and a barbecue area for eating outside and relaxing. Car-parking inside the estate, with charging station for electric cars. Free wifi is available in every room.

Small pets are welcome, supplement of 15 euros for the stay.
